Directions

Access Health Center is located in the western suburbs of Chicago and easily accessible via many major highways. We are located in the town of Downers Grove on 75th Street between Lemont Road and I-355 and across from the "Village of Woodridge" water tower.

From Chicago

To use I-55

• Take I-55 South
• Exit Lemont Rd. North
• Travel North 2 miles to 75 th Street. Turn left (West)
• Access Health Center will be a mile down on the right side

To use I-290

• Take I-290 West
• Merge onto I-88 West
• Exit I-355 South
• Take to the 75 th Street exit and turn left
• Access Health Center will be a mile down on the left side

From the Northwest Suburbs

• Take I-290 East (Rt. 53 South)
• Merge onto I-355 South
• Continue South to the 75 th Street exit and turn left
• Access Health Center is a mile down on the left side

From the Southwest Suburbs

• Take I-55 North to I-355 North
• Take the 75 th Street exit and turn right (East)
• Access Health Center is a mile down on the left side

From the Far West Suburbs

• Take 75 th STREET East.
• After passing over I-355
• Access Health Center is á a mile down on the left side -0R-

• Take I-88 East to I-355 South
• Take the 75 th Street exit and turn left
• Access Health Center is approximately a mile down on the left side (North side)

From the North Suburbs

• Take I-294 South to I-88 West to I-355 South
• Use the 75 th STREET exit and turn left (East)
• Access Health Center is á a mile down on the left side

From the South Suburbs

• Take I-294 North to I-55 South and exit Lemont Road North
• Travel North 2 miles to 75 th Street and turn left
• Access Health Center is a mile down on the right side
